1. Introduction

Welcome to ok90. These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and ok90 ("the Company", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the ok90 website located at https://ok90.vu and all associated services, products, games, betting markets, and features offered therein (collectively, the "Platform").

By accessing the ok90 Platform, creating a player account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or participating in any game or promotion offered by ok90, you confirm that you have read and fully understood these Terms and that you agree to be legally bound by them in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

ok90 reserves the right to update, revise, or replace these Terms at any time. The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

• "Account" means the individual player account registered by you on the ok90 Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in your ok90 Account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credit, free bet, or non-cash incentive credited to your Account under a specific promotion.
• "Bet" or "Wager" means any stake placed by you on a sporting event, casino game, live dealer table, or any other gaming product available on the Platform.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required by ok90 before processing withdrawals or as otherwise requested.
• "Platform" means the ok90 website, mobile web experience, and all associated services accessible at https://ok90.vu.
• "Taka" or "BDT" means the Bangladeshi Taka, the official currency of Bangladesh, denoted by the symbol ৳.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a bonus amount must be staked before it becomes eligible for withdrawal.

3. Eligibility

3.1 Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with ok90 and to use any of the betting, casino, or gaming services offered on the Platform. ok90 operates a strict 21+ policy and will conduct age verification checks at registration and at the point of withdrawal. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities.

3.2 Jurisdiction

You must be located in a jurisdiction where online gambling is not prohibited by applicable law at the time you access the Platform. It is your responsibility to determine whether accessing ok90 and placing bets is lawful in your location. ok90 makes no representation as to the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction outside of its licensed operating territory.

3.3 One Account Per Person

Each individual may hold only one active ok90 Account. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same IP address, or using different personal details — is strictly prohibited and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any balances held therein.

3.4 Excluded Persons

ok90 employees, contractors, directors, agents, and any members of their immediate families are not eligible to hold player accounts or participate in any promotions on the Platform. ok90 reserves the right to close any account and forfeit any winnings if it is determined that the account holder is a prohibited person under this clause.

4. Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To use the ok90 Platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, complete, and current personal information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile number. You agree to notify ok90 promptly if any of your registration details change.

4.2 Identity Verification (KYC)

ok90 may request identity verification documents at any point, including but not limited to a government-issued photo identification (National ID Card, passport, or driving licence) and proof of address (utility bill or bank statement dated within the last three months). Failure to provide requested KYC documents within the timeframe specified by ok90 may result in the suspension of your Account and the withholding of any pending withdrawal.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your ok90 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not disclose your credentials to any third party. You agree to notify ok90 immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorised access to your Account. ok90 shall not be held liable for any losses arising from your failure to protect your login credentials.

4.4 Account Closure

You may request the closure of your ok90 Account at any time by contacting customer support. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (after satisfying applicable wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your preferred payment method, subject to standard KYC verification. ok90 also reserves the right to close any Account at its sole discretion.

5. Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

ok90 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Visa, and Mastercard. All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). ok90 does not accept cryptocurrency, third-party payments, or deposits from payment accounts that do not belong to the registered Account holder.

5.2 Minimum and Maximum Transactions

The minimum deposit amount is ৳200. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits may vary by payment method and Account verification status. ok90 reserves the right to adjust transaction limits at any time. Current limits are displayed within your Account dashboard.

5.3 Deposit Processing

Deposits made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are typically credited to your ok90 Account instantly. Deposits via Visa and Mastercard may take between 1 and 5 minutes to process. ok90 is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking institutions.

5.4 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification and satisfaction of any applicable bonus wagering requirements. ok90 aims to process all approved withdrawal requests within 24 hours of approval. Processing times may vary depending on the payment method selected and the volume of pending requests.

5.5 Currency

All Account balances, bets, winnings, bonuses, and transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (৳ BDT). ok90 does not currently support multi-currency accounts. Any currency conversion required to process a transaction via an international card will be performed by the card issuer at the rate applicable at the time of the transaction; ok90 has no control over third-party conversion rates.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

6.1 General Bonus Terms

ok90 offers a variety of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional campaigns to eligible players. All promotions are subject to the specific terms published alongside each offer, as well as these general Terms. In the event of any conflict between a specific promotion's terms and these general Terms, the specific promotion terms shall prevail.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Unless a specific promotion states otherwise, all bonus funds credited to your ok90 Account are subject to a wagering requirement. Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Wagering requirements and eligible games are specified in the terms of each individual promotion.

6.3 Bonus Abuse

ok90 reserves the right to void bonuses, cancel withdrawals, and close Accounts where it has reasonable grounds to believe that a player has abused, manipulated, or exploited a promotional offer. This includes but is not limited to placing low-risk hedged bets, using bonus funds in excluded game categories, or creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion more than once.

6.4 Promotional Changes

ok90 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or permanently discontinue any promotion at any time without prior notice. ok90 shall not be liable to any player for the amendment or withdrawal of any promotional offer.

7. Betting Rules

7.1 Placement of Bets

All bets placed on the ok90 Platform are final once confirmed. You are responsible for checking the accuracy of your bet selections — including event, market, stake, and odds — prior to confirmation. ok90 will not accept requests to cancel or amend a confirmed bet except in circumstances where ok90 determines an error has occurred on its end (see clause 7.3).

7.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on the Platform. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement or within the game interface. ok90 reserves the right to restrict individual player betting limits at its sole discretion, including in cases where unusual betting patterns are detected.

7.3 Void Bets and Errors

ok90 reserves the right to void any bet where an obvious pricing or technical error has occurred. Where a bet is voided, the full stake will be returned to the player's Account. ok90 shall not be responsible for losses resulting from technical failures outside its control, including internet connectivity issues experienced by the player.

7.4 Cricket and Sports Betting

Cricket betting markets — including BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, and Bangladesh Tigers international fixtures — are subject to the specific sport rules published in the ok90 Sports Betting Rules section of the Platform. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are subject to the same general terms set out in this clause.

8. Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ok90 Platform. Breach of any of the prohibitions listed below may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Account balance and winnings, and referral to appropriate authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading personal information during registration or KYC.
• Creating more than one ok90 Account, whether in your own name or using another person's identity.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other artificial means to place bets, access the Platform, or gain an unfair advantage.
• Engaging in collusion, match-fixing, or any form of corrupt or dishonest conduct in relation to bets placed on the Platform.
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors to gain an advantage over ok90 or other players.
• Using the Platform to engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activity.
• Harassing, abusing, threatening, or defaming ok90 staff, agents, or other players.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, copy, or distribute any software, content, or intellectual property belonging to ok90.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on the ok90 Platform — including but not limited to the ok90 brand name and logo, website design and layout, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, promotional materials, and all other proprietary elements — is the intellectual property of ok90 or its licensed suppliers. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal entertainment purposes only.

You must not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the ok90 Platform without prior written consent from ok90. Unauthorised use of ok90's intellectual property may constitute a violation of applicable intellectual property laws and will be pursued accordingly.

10. Privacy & Data

ok90 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using the ok90 Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. ok90 employs industry-standard 256-bit SSL encryption to protect all data transmitted between your device and the Platform.

ok90 will not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with payment processors, KYC service providers, and fraud detection services strictly to the extent necessary for the delivery of ok90's services and compliance with applicable regulations.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ok90 and its directors, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors shall not be liable to you for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of business, or loss of goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the ok90 Platform.

ok90's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ok90 Account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

12. Amendments to These Terms

ok90 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, ok90 will endeavour to provide reasonable notice via the Platform or by email to your registered address. The revised Terms will be effective from the date published on this page. Your continued use of the ok90 Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with the revised Terms, you must close your Account before the effective date of the changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to ok90's operating jurisdiction. Any disputes that cannot be resolved through ok90's internal complaints procedure may be referred to the relevant dispute resolution authority as specified in ok90's complaints process.

For players accessing ok90 from Bangladesh, all transactions are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka and support is provided in both English and Bengali. ok90 acknowledges and respects the cultural and regulatory context of the Bangladeshi market and will cooperate with any lawful regulatory inquiry from competent authorities.
